摘要
利用气候学界限值检查、内部一致性检查、时间一致性检查等方法对2008—2018年天津区域自动气象站历史观测数据进行质量控制,利用质控码对观测数据进行标识,使用质控后数据完成了天津区域自动气象站近十年气温、气压等基础要素日值、月值、年值等统计值计算及数据集的制作。使用质控后的A、Y报表文件数据与统计值进行对比验证,不同要素各类统计值与对比数据的一致率均为100%,保证了统计值的准确性,为今后数据资料的应用提供了质量保障。
The quality control of historical observation data of Tianjin regional automatic weather stations from 2008 to 2018 was carried out by means of climatological boundary value check,internal consistency check and time consistency check.Then,the quality control code was used to mark the observed data.The daily,monthly and annual statistical values of basic elements such as temperature and air pressure of Tianjin regional automatic weather stations in recent ten years were calculated and the data set was made.The data of A and Y report files after quality control were compared with statistical values.The consistency rate of statistical values and comparative data of different elements is 100%,which ensures the accuracy of statistical values and provides the quality guarantee for the application of data in the future.
