基于遗传算法的产能平衡优化技术研究

摘要 随着我国对制造业产品种类需求的不断增加,箱体类零件订单呈现复杂多样化趋势,使得柔性生产线在国内工厂中大批量引进使用。对如何充分挖掘产线的潜能,提升产线的生产效率,合理分配订单进入产线的顺序已成为急需解决的问题。本文以箱体类零件为研究对象,研究了基于改进后遗传算法的柔性加工生产线产能平衡优化技术,建立基于机床、产线节拍、生产线平衡率等为最终目标的优化模型,设计基于以上目标的对应算法。通过算法的实际应用,验证算法在产线平衡优化效率和优化方案中与普通遗传算法相比具有明显优势,也说明该算法的可行性和有效性。 With the continuous development of manufacturing industry,the complexity and diversity of box parts orders make flexible production lines introduced and used in large quantities in domestic factories.How to fully tap the potential of the production line,improve the production efficiency of the production line,and rationally allocate orders into the production line has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,taking box parts as the research object,the capacity balance optimization technology of flexible processing production line based on improved genetic algorithm is studied.The optimization model based on machine tool,production line rhythm and production line balance rate is established,and the genetic algorithm based on the above objectives is designed.Through the practical application of the algorithm,the algorithm has obvious advantages in the efficiency and optimization scheme of production line balance compared with the general genetic algorithm,which also shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
