Labor Productivity in Shandong Province in the Context of Transformation in Development Driving Force

在新旧动能转换战略理念指导下山东省劳动生产率以其特有的经济提升和评判作用,成为影响山东省经济发展的关键指标。本文首先从国际、国内以及省内不同区域和行业等多个维度全面分析了山东省劳动生产率的整体发展状况;进而采用单变量统计分析方法,考察了山东省劳动生产率对省内经济增长的实际贡献。研究结果表明,劳动生产率对于山东省经济增长的速度和质量均发挥了重要作用;但目前来看,山东省内部分地区及产业的劳动生产率绝对值明显落后于国内平均水平,且受制于本地一直以来延续的传统发展方式,劳动生产率的整体增长速度也相对较慢,这在很大程度上减缓了山东省经济发展的进程。对此,建议山东省积极采取区域协调、产业集群和创新驱动发展模式,抓住新旧动能转换战略机遇,推动加速实现山东省劳动生产率提升和经济高质量发展.

Under the guidance of strategic idea of the transformation in development driving force,labor productivity in Shandong Province,with its unique function of economic development and measurement,has become a key indicator measuring the economic development of Shandong Province.This paper firstly analyzes the overall development of labor productivity in Shandong Province from multiple dimensions,including international,domestic and different regions and industries,and then uses univariate statistical analysis method to investigate the actual contribution of labor productivity to economic growth in Shandong Province.The results show that labor productivity plays an important role in the speed and quality of economic growth in Shandong Province;however,the absolute value of labor productivity in some areas and industries in Shandong Province is obviously behind the domestic average level,and subject to the local traditional development mode,the overall growth rate of labor productivity is relatively slow,which to a large extent slows down the process of economic development in Shandong Province.Thus,Shandong Province should adopt three development modes of regional coordination,industrial cluster and innovation in an active way,and promote the improvement of labor productiv ity and high-quality economic development in Shandong Province under the background of implementation of the transformation strategy of development driving force.es coming to an end.As a result,the second half of this year will see a wave ofjob losses..
