摘要 依托香港将军澳跨湾连接路跨海大桥大型预应力混凝土箱梁预制、出运装船及安装工程项目,对大型混凝土预制箱梁使用SPMT出运装船的工艺技术进行了介绍,形成了SPMT布车、预制箱梁顶升、陆上运输、滚装上船、卸车装船以及梁场和出运码头布设的成套关键技术,解决了箱梁平稳运输和混凝土控裂的核心技术问题,成功完成了75m跨度、3 300多t特大型混凝土预制箱梁的出运装船。 Relying on the large-scale prestressed concrete box girder prefabricated,launching and installation engineering project of Hong Kong Tseung Kwan Cross Bay Bridge over the sea,the large-scale concrete prefabricated box girder launching by SPMT formed is introduced. The SPMT launching and loading technology includes SPMT trucks layout,box girder lifting,land transportation,loading and unloading,construction monitoring,layout of field and the wharf,design,ship selection and track control. The complete set of key technologies solved the core technical problems of stable transportation of box girder and crack control of concrete. The launching of the 75 m-span and more than 3 300 tons of extra-large concrete prefabricated box girder was successfully completed.
