基于疏松值指标的新型冷拌环氧沥青混合料疏松性能容留时间评价研究

摘要 为了保障冷拌环氧沥青路面铺装工程的施工质量,确定冷拌环氧沥青混合料的施工容留时间,对放置不同时间的混合料进行疏松性和路用性表征。提出采用疏松值W作为指标评价混合料的疏松性能,疏松值为73%时,混合料性能满足要求,最长容留时间可达7h,疏松值应≥70%。最后,在北京怀柔道路面层的实际工程对研究成果进行了工程应用验证,结果表明,模型预测的容留时间与实际情况基本相符。 In order to ensure the construction quality of cold mixed epoxy asphalt pavement engineering,the construction reserved time of cold mixed epoxy asphalt mixture is determined,and the mixture placed at different times is characterized by looseness and road application verification. The looseness value W is used as the index to evaluate the loose performance of the mixture. When the loose value is 73%,the performance of the mixture can meet the requirements. The maximum reserved time can reach 7 hours,and the looseness value should not be less than 70%. Finally,the research results are verified in the actual project in surface pavement in Huairou of Beijing. The results show that the reserved time predicted by the model is basically consistent with the actual situation,which can effectively guide the actual construction.
