摘要
盾构机作为隧道施工中常用的施工机械,在进场、退场过程中吊装技术要求高、风险大。从工程实际出发,从盾构机的选型、吊装管理及流程、安全施工保障、吊装能力计算等几个方面入手,依托理论计算验证,对盾构机的进退场吊装方案进行分析,保障盾构施工安全。
As a common construction machinery in tunnel construction,shield machine has high technical requirements and high risk in the process of entering and leaving the site. This paper analyzes the lifting scheme of shield machine in and out of the field to ensure the safety of shield construction starting from the actual project,the selection of shield machine,hoisting management and process,safety construction guarantee,hoisting capacity calculation and other aspects.
