This paper introduces the construction technology of Shiziping Tunnel underground fan room and connecting air duct intersection. There are many underground fan room and connecting air duct intersections in Shiziping Tunnel,mainly including the construction from small section to large section intersection and from large section to small section intersection. Due to the large number of caverns,the stress distribution of surrounding rock is complex,so the construction is very difficult. Combined with the construction of Shiziping Tunnel underground fan room and connecting air duct intersection project,fully considering the construction economic rationality and the safety and stability of supporting structure,a set of construction technology of underground fan room and connecting air duct intersection is summarized.
