摘要
中国散裂中子源(CSNS)氦容器在国内为首次安装,其安装的质量将直接影响中子的试验效率。主要介绍了CSNS氦容器安装的难点和方案选择,进行了双机抬吊方案的汽车式起重机、索具选型的相关计算。经过精心组织施工,解决了超重精密设备在空中姿态改变和远距离精确安装就位等难题。
China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) helium vessel is installed in China for the first time,and the quality of its installation will directly affect the experimental efficiency of neutron. This paper mainly introduces the difficulties and installation programme of CSNS helium vessel,and carries out the calculation of mobile crane and slings of the double-crane lifting scheme. After careful organization and construction,it solved the problems of overweight precision equipment changing attitude in the air and precise installation in the distance.
