不同肥料对无籽青柠檬种植地土壤肥效、微生物与酶活性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Fertilizers on Soil Fertility,Microbial and Enzyme Activities in Planting Area of Seedless Green Lemon

摘要 为探索无籽青柠檬种植地施用不同肥料对土壤肥效、微生物与酶活性的影响,设计菌肥(施肥量2kg/m^2、4kg/m^2、6kg/m^2)、普通肥(施肥量2kg/m^2)以及不施肥对照处理,得出不同处理下无籽青柠檬的土壤的肥效、微生物种类与总数、微生物利用碳源以及酶活性。结果表明:无籽青柠檬施用4kg/m^2、6kg/m^2菌肥有利于土壤中微生物的生长和代谢,能调节土壤中微生物的Mc Intosh指数(U值),提高土壤中几种关键酶的活性,有利于改善土壤结构、促进土壤腐殖质的生成,有效提高了无籽青柠种植土壤的肥效,对无籽青柠檬的生长和病虫害的防治,以及无籽青柠檬果的品质具有重要的作用。 In order to explore the effects of different fertilizers on soil fertilizer efficiency,microbial and enzyme activities in seedless green lemon plantation,bacterial fertilizer(2 kg/m^2,4 kg/m^2,6 kg/m^2),common fertilizer(2 kg/m^2)and blank control were designed to obtain the soil fertilizer efficiency,microbial species and total number,microbial carbon source and enzyme activity under different treatments.The results showed that the application of 4 kg/m^2 and 6 kg/m^2 bacterial fertilizer was beneficial to the growth and metabolism of soil microorganisms,the Mc Intosh index(U value)of microorganisms in the soil was adjusted,the activities of several key enzymes in the soil were increased,the soil structure was improved,the soil humus formation was promoted,and the fertilizer efficiency of the seedless green lemon planting soil was effectively improved,and it played an important role in the growth,pest control and fruit quality of seedless green lemon.
