基于亚健康人群的森林康养基地疗养课程设计

Design of Recuperation Courses in Forestry Wel ness Base for SubHealthy Population

为探索森林对亚健康人群的疗养作用,以夏莲林场森林康养基地优质的森林资源条件为基础,因地制宜地设计了针对亚健康人群的森林疗养课程。课程以"亲近自然、舒缓身心"为目标,通过运动疗法、音乐疗法、药草疗法及"五感"训练,使疗养者缓解压力、身心得到放松。经实践,课程符合实际,具有较高的疗愈效果。

In order to achieve the goal of being close to nature and relaxing the body and mind,based on the highquality forest resource conditions in forestry wellness base in Xialian Forest Farm,this paper designs a forest recuperation course for subhealthy people in accordance with local conditions.through exercise therapy,music therapy,herbal therapy and five resonators training to relieve stress and relax mind and body.After one day’s practice,the course is practical and has a high therapeutic effect.
