摘要
渣油加氢装置具有临氢、高压、高温、高H 2 S腐蚀的特点,其中关键部位高压控制阀合理选型成为装置安全、平稳运行的关键。从工程设计角度,针对渣油加氢装置的加氢进料泵、注水泵、高压贫胺液泵等高压机泵出口,热高压分离器、冷高压分离器底出口,新氢压缩机出口,循环氢压缩机出入口等典型部位的高压控制阀设计选型和应用原则等方面作了相关分析及探索。
The residual oil hydrogenation installation is characterized by hydrogen exposure, high pressure, high temperature and high H2S corrosion. The reasonable type selection for high pressure control valve in key parts of residual oil hydrogenation installation is the key for safe and stable operation of the installation. From the view of engineering design, relevant analysis and exploration with focusing on the design type selection and application principle of high pressure control valve in typical parts of outlet of high pressure pump of hydrogenation feed pump, injection pump, high pressure poor amine-contained pump, bottom outlet of hot high pressure segregator and cold high pressure segregator, outlet of fresh hydrogen compressor, inlet and outlet of circulating hydrogen compressor for residual oil hydrogenation installation.
