Concerning to a low gas-oil ratio offshore oilfield involving custody transfer measurement of crude oil between China and foreign oil company, the scheme for crude oil with 15% water content is selected for custody transfer measurement. The scheme of mass flow meter skid used in the metering of water cut of crude oil is introduced, including principles, size calculations and overall uncertainty calculations, etc. The recommended practices for improving the system accuracy are given. The scheme can be used as the reference for similar engineering designs.
