摘要
工程机械装配作为现代工程机械生产制造中最重要的一环,对产品的最终质量和性能有着重要影响。通过分析传统工程机械装配的不足,引入数字孪生技术。文章详述了数字孪生环境下工程机械装配的流程,通过物理实体空间、数字空间和数据互联中心的构建,实现生产装配过程的虚拟化,实时监测装配过程并对其配置优化以提高装配效率,实现有效的闭环反馈机制。
As the most important part of modern construction machinery manufacturing,construction machinery assembly has an important impact on the final quality and performance of products.By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional construction machinery assembly,the digital twin technology is introduced.Firstly,the assembly process of construction machinery in the digital twin environment is described in detail.Then,through the construction of physical entity space,digital space and data interconnection center,the production assembly process is virtualized,and the assembly process is monitored in real time and its configuration is optimized to improve the assembly efficiency,achieving an effective closed-loop feedback mechanism.
