果园螺旋式颗粒肥深施小车的设计 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国大部分农村地区的林果园仍然采用效率低下的人工挖穴施肥方式,且市面上的施肥机械多需要人工辅助施肥。由于我国果园多为密植果园,空间较为狭小,不适合大型施肥器械通过。因此,研制一款功能集成度高,符合我国林果园种植模式的施肥机械迫在眉睫。本文通过Creo4.0设计了一款果园螺旋式颗粒肥深施小车,并对施肥、挖穴覆土等装置进行创新设计。该机能够很好的完成果树定量施肥工作,为果园深施肥机的产业化提供了参考。 At present,most of the forest orchards in rural areas of China are still using low efficiency artificial hole digging fertilization method,and most of the fertilizer machines in the market need artificial auxiliary fertilization.Because most orchards in China are densely planted orchards,the space is relatively narrow,so it is not suitable for large-scale fertilization equipment to pass through.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a fertilization machine with high function integration and in line with the planting mode of forest and orchard in China.In this paper,a deep application car of spiral granular fertilizer in orchard was designed through creo4.0.In addition,the device of fertilizing,digging hole and covering soil is innovatively designed.This machine can complete the quantitative fertilization of fruit trees,and provide a reference for the industrialization of orchard deep fertilization machine.
