Discussion on Communication Software Quality Improvement and Risk Prevention

通信软件技术因其对可靠性的要求较高,产品的质量管理和质量控制要求相对较高,需要通过软件过程质量提升与风险规避提升软件在研发过程和使用过程的质量,本文从软件过程质量策划与度量入手,在软件过程质量保证指标方面进行研究,提出处理软件质量管理的问题的质量度量策略和评价规范方法,并通过有效的问题分析与策划,为软件问题规避管理提供一定的借鉴。

Because of its high requirement for reliability,the communication software technology has higher requirements for product quality management and quality control,so it is necessary to effectively manage the software quality through the software process quality improvement and evaluation system.This paper starts with the software process quality evaluation,studies the software process quality evaluation system and software quality assurance index,and proposes to deal with the software quality management Through effective risk analysis,it provides some reference for comprehensive analysis and problem solving of software risk management.
