宫颈癌患者血清中环加氧酶-2表达水平研究 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈癌是世界范围内妇科恶性肿瘤,严重威胁女性健康。在各种诱发因素中,高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染被认为是重要的因素。与HPV感染相关的微环境中促炎和抗炎分子失调,如趋化因子、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和细胞因子[1]。因此,研究炎症分子基础及潜在途径有助于阐明宫颈癌的病理生理机制。对于癌症中炎症反应的激活,环加氧酶-2(COX-2)一直被视为是关键分子之一[2]。有研究报道,COX-2介导的前列腺素(PG)E2信号通路参与血管生成、细胞增殖、免疫反应抑制和细胞凋亡[3]。
