基于产业视角增强农村发展内生动力研究——以泰州农村产业发展为例

Research on Enhancing Endogenous Power of Rural Development Based on Industrial Perspective-Taking Taizhou Rural Industrial Development as an Example

以泰州农村产业发展为例,分析发现目前泰州市农村产业发展虽具完备的牵引机制,但内生动力仍稍显不足。建议从发展农村特色产业、加强农业人才培养、完善产业发展政策体系着手,不断增强农村发展的内生动力,破解动力不足的难题,构建富有发展后劲的农村现代产业体系。

Taking Taizhou rural industrial development as an example,it is found that although there is a complete traction mechanism for Taizhou rural industrial development,the endogenous power is still slightly insufficient.It is suggested that starting from the development of rural characteristic industries,strengthening the cultivation of agricultural talents,and improving the industrial development policy system,we should continuously enhance the endogenous power of rural development,solve the problem of insufficient power,and build a rural modern industrial system with great potential for development.
