摘要
以泉州市职业院校联盟为例,深入阐述区域职业教育联盟化发展的优势,以及通过建立联盟运行机制、建立职业教育交流平台、分层次分类别制定师资培训计划、成立产教融合专业群协作委员会等措施实现区域政、行、企、校协同创新和中高职协同育人的实践过程,为职业教育办学模式创新提供现实案例,并对区域职教联盟式发展方向提出了建议。
Taking alliance of vocational colleges in Quanzhou as an example,this paper expounds the advantages of the development of regional vocational education alliance.Through the establishment of alliance operation mechanism,the establishment of vocational education exchange platform,the development of teacher training plan at different levels and categories,the establishment of professional group cooperation committee in the integration of industry and education and other measures,it realizes the practice process of collaborative innovation in regional government,industry,enterprise,school and collaborative education in secondary and higher vocational schools.This paper provides practical cases for the innovation of school running mode of vocational education,and puts forward suggestions for the development direction of regional vocational education alliance.
