摘要
分析了当前高等职业院校大数据专业人才培养存在的问题,通过对部分热门招聘网站人才招聘信息的采集、分析,得出大数据人才需求结构和岗位分布,提出构建“四阶段”专业课程体系方案,以专业技能竞赛推动专业课程体系建设,与职业资格证书对接设计模块化课程内容,培养适岗人才。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of big data majors in higher vocational colleges,obtains the demand structure and post distribution of big data talents by collecting and analyzing the recruitment information of some popular recruitment websites,and puts forward a plan to construct a“four-stage”professional curriculum system,to promote the construction of professional curriculum system with professional skill competitions,and to design modular teaching content in connection with professional qualification certificates so as to cultivate the job-matching talents.
