摘要
以自制的碘化N,N,N-三甲基壳聚糖季铵盐(TMCI)作为抗菌剂,测试其水溶性及pH稳定性,结果表明TMCI在较宽的pH范围内均具有良好的水溶性。将TMCI应用于洗手液中,通过与其他抗菌成分比较探究其抗菌效果,同时采用单因素实验探讨TMCI在洗手液中的最佳配比,并在最佳实验条件下,测定TMCI抗菌洗手液的杀菌率。实验结果表明:TMCI抑菌性能明显优于新洁尔灭和N,N-二甲基十四烷基对乙烯基苄基氯化铵(14DMA);当TMCI添加量为2%时,抑菌效果最佳,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌直径分别达到30.4 mm和26.8 mm;在实验条件下,作用0.5 min,TMCI洗手液杀菌率达99%,作用1 min后达100%,完全满足抗菌洗手液的杀菌要求。
Using the self-made quaternary ammonium salt of N,N,N-trimethyl chitosan iodide(TMCI)as antibacterial agent to test its water solubility and pH stability,the experimental results show that TMCI has good water solubility in a wide range of pH.Adding TMCI in hand sanitizer,the antibacterial effect is studied by comparing with other antibacterial components and the best proportion of TMCI in hand sanitizer is obtained by doing single factor experiments.The bactericidal rate of TMCI antibacterial hand sanitizer is determined under the best experimental conditions.The results show that the antibacterial performance of TMCI is significantly higher than that of Bromogeramine and N,N-dimethyltetradecyl-p-vinylbenzyl ammonium chloride(14DMA).The best antibacterial effect can be achieved when the addition of TMCI is 2%,which shows the antibacterial diameter of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 30.4 mm and 26.8 mm respectively.Under the experimental conditions,the bactericidal rate of TMCI hand sanitizer comes up to more than 99%after 0.5 min,and reaches 100%after 1 min,which fully meet the requirements of antibacterial hand sanitizer.
