摘要
为研究软水环境中水工混凝土的性能,设计了水泥砂浆试件在软水中的溶蚀试验,测定并分析不同水灰比试件的质量损失率、溶蚀深度以及孔隙率的变化规律。结果表明,水泥基材料中钙离子流失是试件溶蚀特性变化的主要原因,控制钙离子溶解和合理选择水灰比是控制试件溶蚀进程的有效方式。
In order to study the performance of hydraulic concrete in soft water environment,a corrosion test of cement mortar specimens in soft water is designed.By measuring and analyzing the mass loss rate,corrosion depth and porosity changes of specimens with different water cement ratio,it is found that the loss of calciumion in cement-based materials is the main reason for the change of corrosion characteristics of the specimens.Therefore,it is proposed that controlling the dissolution of calcium ions and choosing a reasonable watercement ratio is an effective way to control the corrosion process.
