埃里克森理论视域下体育培育青少年人格的困境与对策

The Predicament and Countermeasure of Sports Cultivation of Teenagers'Personality from the Perspective of Erikson's Theory

本文立足于埃里克森理论视角,运用文献资料法、访谈法,分析体育培育青少年人格的困境。根据青少年人格发展困境,从人格形成的发生源、传播预防介质、终端保护等方面综合阐述困境形成的影响因素,探讨体育塑造青少年人格形成的理论策略。从埃里克森理论视角出发提出构建青少年健全人格的理论策略包括:“活化”体育文化源头,发展生态人格;“动化”人格发展关键时期,培育本土人格;“深化”体育干预机制,创新体育人格;“优化”体医结合终端环境,构建社会人格。

Based on the perspective of Erikson's theory,this paper uses the literature method and interview method to analyze the predicament of sports cultivation of young people's personality.According to the predicament of the development of adolescents'personality,this paper comprehensively expounds the influencing factors of the formation of the dilemma from the sources of personality formation,the prevention media,and the terminal protection,and discusses the theoretical strategies of the traditional national sports to shape the formation of young people's personality.From the perspective of Erikson's theory,the theoretical strategies for constructing adolescents'sound personality include:“revitalizing”the source of sports culture,developing ecological personality;“moving”the key period of personality development,cultivating local personality;“deepening”the national sports intervention mechanism,Innovative sports personality;“optimize”physical education combined with the terminal environment to build social personality.
