摘要
针对基建项目中检测倾角的应用需求,以单片机为主处理器设计了基于微机电系统(MEMS)三轴加速度计的倾角检测装置。方案以三角学为算法基础,实现了对倾角的高精度检测,并通过无线通信实现数据传输功能。实验结果表明,其可用于基建组塔中对抱杆倾斜角度的检测,具有高可靠性、低功耗的特点,且可扩展用于需要检测倾角的各种场合。
Aiming at the application demand of inclination angle detection in infrastructure project,an inclination detection device based on Micro Electromechanical System(MEMS)triaxial accelerometer is designed.Based on the trigonometry algorithm,the scheme realizes the high precision detection of inclination angle,and realizes the data transmission through wireless communication.The experiment results show that it can be used to detect the tilt angle of the pole in the tower.It has the characteristics of high reliability and low power consumption,and can be extended to various occasions that need to detect inclination.
