摘要
肉鸡产业在我国占有非常重要的地位,益生乳酸菌作为抗生素的有效替代物,正越来越多地应用于肉鸡生产。骨骼质量关乎动物福利、生产效率以及经济效益,其重要性不言而喻。然而,人们往往更多关注肉鸡的肉品质,对骨骼质量的重要性认识不足,且很少重视益生乳酸菌对肉鸡骨骼质量的影响。因此,本文详述了肉鸡骨骼发育的机制及骨骼健康的重要性、益生乳酸菌对肉鸡骨骼发育的影响以及其调控机制,以期为益生乳酸菌更好地应用于肉鸡生产实践提供理论指导。
Broiler industry is very important in our country.Lactic acid bacteria,belonging to probiotics,are more and more adopted in the production of broilers,serving as the effective substitute of antibiotics.The quality of bone relates closely with animal welfare,production efficiency and economic benefits.However,attentions are always paid to the meat quality of broilers.And the concern about bone quality of broilers is not enough.Meanwhile,very few attentions are paid to the effects of probiotic lactic acid bacteria on bone quality.Therefore,the effects of probiotic lactic acid bacteria on broilers’bone quality and their regulatory mechanism were detailed in this paper as well as the growth mechanism and significance of bone.And the better application of probiotic lactic acid bacteria in broilers production are expected.
