肝泰舒预防抗结核药物所致肝损伤的临床效果观察

Clinical Value of Gantaishu Capsule in Preventing Liver Injury Caused by Antituberculosis Drugs

目的:观察肝泰舒胶囊预防抗结核药物所致肝损伤的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2019年1月—2019年12月确诊为肺结核且肝功能情况正常的患者200例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组给予异烟肼+利福平+吡嗪酰胺+乙胺丁醇常规抗结核方案,观察组在此基础上给予肝泰舒胶囊口服,每个月复查肝功能,包括谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)等指标,以及肝损伤发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的肝功能ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肝损伤的发生率明显低于对照组,且肝损伤严重程度较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论:给予肝泰舒胶囊联合抗结核治疗,能够显著性减少肝损伤发生率,不良反应轻微,值得推荐临床使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gantaishu capsule in preventing liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods:200 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed in hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 and normal liver function were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases each.The control group was given routine anti-tuberculosis regimen of isoniazid+rifampicin+pyrazinamide+ethambutol,and the observation group was given Gantaishu capsule orally on this basis.Liver function was reexamined every month,including glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT),glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)and the occurrence of liver injury.Results:After treatment,the ALT,AST,TBIL and GGT indexes of liver function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of liver injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the severity of liver injury was milder(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gantaishu capsule combined with anti-tuberculosis treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of liver injury with slight adverse reactions,which is worthy of recommendation for clinical use.
