深基坑水位下降引起建筑物地基沉降量计算分析

摘要 基坑降水时,由于降水面以上土层孔隙水压力会转换为同等的附加应力,施加在地基土层上,从而导致地基发生沉降变形,因此,在基坑水位下降过程中为防止地基土体流失以及基坑附近建筑物发生地基沉降和倾斜等不利现象,本文以实际工程为例,分析了基坑水位下降时基坑附近处建筑物地基沉降变形量。结果表明:基坑附近处不同位置的建筑物和不同部位的水位下降程度有所差异,在降水影响半径范围内,取任意计算点的水位下降值来确定地基沉降量,均能可靠的评估基坑附近的建筑物地基稳定性。 During the dewatering of foundation pit,the pore water pressure of the soil layer above the precipitation surface will be converted into equivalent subsidiary stress,which will be applied to the foundation soil layer,resulting in settlement and deformation of the foundation.Therefore,to prevent the loss of foundation soil,settlement of foundation and inclination of buildings nearby the foundation pit during a decline of the water level,this paper analyzes the settlement deformation of the building foundation near the foundation pit when the water level of the foundation pit drops by taking an actual project as example.The results show that there are differences of the degree of water level decline in different buildings and different parts near the foundation pit.Within the influence radius of dewatering,taking any calculation value of the water level decline to determine the fundation settlement can reliably evaluate the stability of the building foundation near the foundation pit.
