摘要 本文研究了含间隙的两个铝材料构件的碰撞动力学问题。通过ADAMS软件中的CONTACT工具建立相连接的两个构件之间的联系。通过设置不同间隙尺寸大小和曲柄旋转速度来研究转速和间隙对曲柄摇杆机构动力学的影响。结果表明:间隙越大、曲柄转速越高,机构的碰撞越严重。 The impact dynamics of two aluminum components with clearance is investigated. Through the CONTACT tool of ADAMS software,the connection between the two components is established. By setting different clearance size and crank rotation speed,the influence of rotation speed and clearance on the dynamics of crank rocker mechanism is discussed. The results show that the larger the clearance and the higher the crank speed,the more serious the collision is.
