Temperature Verification of Effective Heating Zone in Full Load Mode of Super Large Heat Treatment Furnace

基于超大型热处理炉在满载的装载方式,对热处理炉的温度准确性、温度均匀性进行验证,采用了空间测量法和热处理件表面测量法两种方法对热处理炉有效加热区的测试结果进行比较。

Based on the full load loading mode of the super large heat treatment furnace,the temperature accuracy and temperature uniformity of the heat treatment furnace are verified.The test results of the effective heating zone of the heat treatment furnace are compared by using the space measurement method and the surface measurement method of the heat treatment piece.
