摘要
能力验证是评价实验室技术能力的重要手段之一,其结果也是判定实验室维持其技术能力的重要凭证。本文以参加电压暂降抗扰度的能力验证为例,介绍了电压暂降抗扰度能力验证的测量方法,分析了其结果测量不确定的来源,阐述了如何建立测量模型,并对各个分量进行分析和计算,求出了扩展不确定度,为实验室提供指导参考。
Ability verification is one of the important means to evaluate the technical ability of laboratory,and its result is also the important proof to judge the laboratory to maintain its technical ability.In this paper for voltage sag immunity ability verification as an example,this paper introduces the voltage sag immunity ability validation measurement method,analyzes the results of the main sources of measurement uncertainty,expounds how to establish mathematical model,and carries on the analysis and calculation of each component,the expanded uncertainty were established,and to provide laboratory reference guide.
