摘要
风能作为一种可循环资源,开发价值极高且清洁。风力发电系统可通过发电机和齿轮箱将风能转化成电能,并输送到电网系统中。由于外界环境恶劣,为了保护该风力发电系统,齿轮传动系统须确保输出的运动平稳、安全。根据它的功能特点,可使用三维建模软件设计出该齿轮箱的三维模型,并计算出它的工作载荷和时变速度。为了计算出该系统的齿轮润滑特性曲线,可使用MATLAB软件仿真分析它在粗糙度波长、磨损量、变位系数下齿轮润滑特性曲线,并与理想状态相比较,可知粗糙度波长对油膜压力影响最大,分析出对齿轮的各种影响。
As a kind of recyclable resource,wind energy is of high development value and clean.Wind power generation system can convert wind energy into electric energy through generator and gearbox,and transmit it to power grid system.Due to the bad external environment,in order to protect the wind power generation system,the gear transmission system needs to ensure the smooth and safe output movement.According to its functional characteristics,the three-dimensional model of the gearbox can be designed by using the three-dimensional modeling software,and its working load and time-varying speed can be calculated.In order to calculate the gear lubrication characteristic curve of the system,the MATLAB software can be used to simulate and analyze the gear lubrication characteristic curve under the roughness wavelength,wear amount and displacement coefficient.Compared with the ideal state,the roughness wavelength has the greatest influence on the oil film pressure.
