随着科技进步和工业能力的发展,工业设备的发热功率越来越高,为了保证设备的正常稳定运转,对设备的冷却要求也提出了更高的要求。对冷却技术中最有效的水冷冷却技术进行了详细介绍,从水冷冷却系统的系统组成、技术特性、系统问题解决方案、工程应用等内容进行了介绍。着重介绍了水冷冷却技术存在的缺点和解决措施。对水冷冷却技术未来的研究热点和应用趋势作了展望。

With the progress of science and technology and the development of industrial capacity,the heating power of industrial equipment is becoming higher and higher.In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment,higher requirements are put forward for the heat dissipation of the equipment.In this paper,the most effective cooling technology,water-cooling technology,is introduced in detail,including the system composition,technical characteristics,technical solutions to system problems and engineering applications.Among them,the shortcomings of water-cooling technology and its corresponding solutions are introduced.Finally,the research hotspot and application trend of water-cooling technology in the future are briefly prospected.
