摘要 通信软件开发时复杂的设计和开发过程决定了发生问题和缺陷引起的后果的严重性,通信类软件产品质量问题的增加会导致用户通信中断等重大故障,因此需要通过软件缺陷的预防提升与风险规避来提高软件在研发过程和使用过程的质量。从软件缺陷预防入手,对软件过程质量和缺陷预防方面进行研究,提出建立缺陷预防机制体系和缺陷故障库的解决方案,为提高软件质量管理能力,特别是软件研发过程质量的能力提供基础指标,结合通信软件产品的特色,为软件缺陷预防管理和通信企业软件缺陷控制提供借鉴。 The complex design and development process of communication software determines the severity of the consequences caused by problems and defects.The increase of quality problems of communication software products will lead to major failure problems such as user communication interruption.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the quality of software in the R&D process and use process through the prevention and improvement of software defects and risk aversion.This paper starts with the software defect prevention,studies the software process quality and defect prevention,and proposes to establish the defect prevention mechanism system and defect fault database,which provides basic indicators for improving the ability of software quality management,especially the ability of software development process quality.Combined with the characteristics of communication software products,it provides a reference for software defect prevention management and software defect control of communication enterprises Reference.
