摘要 通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油。研究了甲醇用量、大豆油用量、催化剂用量、反应时间对生物柴油性能的影响。结果表明,60℃水浴条件下,催化剂用量在0.8~0.88 g之间,浊度出现最低值;催化剂用量在0.90~0.94 g之间,酸值较低;催化剂用量在0.88 g处,碘值出现最高值;催化剂用量对生物柴油的黏度性能影响不大。在60℃水浴条件下,随着反应时间的增加,生物柴油的浊度逐渐降低;黏度呈现微小先降低后增加的趋势;酸值呈现增长趋势;碘值呈现降低趋势;水分含量为先增加后减少的趋势。最后又对四个生物柴油样品进行了红外分析。以期为生物柴油的制备及性能测定提供一定的借鉴。 Biodiesel was prepared by transesterification reaction.The effects of methanol dosage,soybean oil dosage,catalyst dosage and reaction time on the performance of biodiesel were studied.The results showed that the turbidity value was the lowest under the condition of 60℃water bath,when the catalyst dosage was between 0.8~0.88 g.The amount of catalyst was between 0.90~0.94 g,and the acid value was low.When the catalyst dosage was 0.88 g,the iodine value was the highest.The amount of catalyst has little effect on the viscosity of biodiesel.Under the condition of 60℃water bath,the turbidity of biodiesel gradually decreased with the increase of reaction time.The viscosity decreased first and then increased slightly.The acid value showed an increasing trend.The iodine value showed a decreasing trend.The moisture content is the trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Finally,four biodiesel samples were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.In order to provide some reference for the preparation and performance determination of biodiesel.
