固态微生物混合型饲料添加剂产品稳定性影响因素研究

摘要 试验旨在研究以喷浆玉米皮、豆粕、黄芪、甘草等为主要载体、以枯草芽孢杆菌为主要原料,通过测定产品活菌数的变化来研究产品水分、不同组方对产品的稳定性的影响。试验采用DPS软件中的正交设计试验方案,共配制16组组方进行试验,通过测定枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数变化,利用SAS软件的二次响应曲面回归方法建立数学模型,分析各因素对活菌数的变化情况。试验结果表明:①水分含量以及喷浆玉米皮、豆粕、黄芪、甘草等组成含量的大小对产品活菌数的响应呈鞍点形状;②产品水分是影响产品稳定性的主要因素,其次是黄芪和豆粕的含量。由此可见,只要适当控制好产品的水分含量,就可以很好控制产品的稳定性。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of product moisture and different for⁃mulations on the stability of the product by measuring the changes in the number of viable bacteria in the product with Spraying-corn-husk,Soybean meal,Astragalus and Liquorice as the main carriers and bacillus subtilis as the main raw materials.The experiment adopted the orthogonal design experiment scheme in DPS software,and 16 groups of formulae were prepared for the experiment.By measuring the changes in the number of live bacteria of bacillus subtilis,a mathematical model was established by us⁃ing the quadratic response surface regression method of SAS software,and the changes of the number of live bacteria affected by various factors were analyzed.The results showed that:①the response of mois⁃ture content,Spraying-corn-husk,Soybean meal,Astragalus,Licorice and other components to the num⁃ber of viable bacteria of the product was saddle point shape;②The moisture is the main factor affecting product stability,followed by the content of Astragalus and Soybean meal.This shows,want to control the moisture content of the product properly only,can control the stability of the product very well.
