纳豆菌抗菌脂肽对肉鸡生长性能和免疫器官的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究旨在探讨纳豆菌抗菌脂肽对肉鸡生长性能和免疫性能的影响。试验选用315只健康,体重差异不显著的1日龄肉鸡,采用单因子完全随机化试验设计,随机分为3个处理组,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮;抗菌脂肽组在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加200 mg/kg抗菌脂肽;抗生素组在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加100 mg/kg恩拉霉素。试验期为42 d。结果表明:①抗菌脂肽显著提高了肉鸡1~21 d和1~42 d的平均日增重(P<0.05),降低了肉鸡1~21 d和1~42 d的料重比(P<0.05),抗菌脂肽组和抗生素组的平均日增重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。②在21 d,抗菌脂肽组的血清溶菌酶、白蛋白含量和总蛋白含量与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);在42 d,抗菌脂肽组的溶菌酶含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③抗菌脂肽组21 d的胸腺指数、法氏囊指数和脾脏指数与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);抗菌脂肽显著提高了42 d肉鸡的胸腺指数和法氏囊指数(P<0.05),抗菌脂肽组和抗生素组的胸腺指数、法氏囊指数和脾脏指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究提示:在日粮中添加抗菌脂肽可以改善肉鸡的生长性能和免疫性能,抗菌脂肽用作肉鸡饲粮中抗生素替代物具有潜在的价值。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Bacillus natto antimicrobial lipopep⁃tide on growth performance and immune performance of broilers.315 health,1-old-day age broilers were randomly assigned to 3 treatment groups and each treatment had 7 replicates with 15 chickens per replicate,that is,group A(control group):basal diet,group B:basal diet+200 mg/kg of antimicrobial li⁃popeptide,group C:basal diet+100 mg/kg enla.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that:①The average daily gain of broilers in group B was significantly higher than that of group A dur⁃ing 1~21 days and 1~42 days(P<0.05).The feed gain ratio of broilers in group B was significantly lower than that of group A during 1~21 days and 22~42 days(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in growth performance between antimicrobial lipo⁃peptide group and antibiotic group(P>0.05).②No significant difference was found in contents of serum total protein,albumin and antalzyme at 21 d among three groups(P>0.05).The content of serum antalzyme in group B was significantly higher than that of group A at 42 d(P<0.05).③No significant difference was found in the indexes of thymus,fabricius and spleen at 21 days among three groups (P>0.05). The indexes of thymus and of fabricius at 42 d were significantly higher thanthose of group A (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the indexes of thymus, fabricius andspleen between antimicrobial lipopeptide group and antibiotic group (P>0.05). These results indicatedthat antimicrobial lipopeptide could improve growth performance and immunity performance of broilers.Antimicrobial lipopeptides could be used as a potential antibiotic alternative in broilers'diets.
