Pharmaceutical Issues of Clinical Use of Calcium Preparations

目的:分析我院门诊处方中钙制剂的临床应用状况,以提高门诊应用钙制剂的合理性。方法:将本院门诊于2019年10月—2020年11月开具的4243张应用钙制剂的处方作为研究对象,根据门诊处方钙制剂评价标准对所有处方展开分析,统计门诊处方中钙制剂种类及不合理使用状况。结果:门诊处方中,碳酸钙片(46.26%)、碳酸维D颗粒(33.66%)较为常用;钙制剂不合理使用率为10.16%。结论:门诊处方中存在钙制剂不合理使用问题,宜加强对钙制剂临床应用的药学管理。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application of calcium preparations in outpatient prescriptions of our hospital,so as to improve the rationality of outpatient application of calcium preparations.Methods:4243 prescriptions of calcium preparation in outpatient department of our hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research object,and all the prescriptions were analyzed according to the evaluation standard of calcium preparation in outpatient prescriptions,and the types and unreasonable use of calcium preparation in outpatient prescriptions were counted.Results:Calcium carbonate tablets(46.26%)and vitamin D carbonate granules(33.66%)were commonly used in outpatient prescriptions,and the irrational use rate of calcium preparation was 10.16%.Conclusion:The unreasonable use of calcium preparations in outpatient prescriptions should be strengthened.
