盐酸氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘用药护理和疗效观察

Nursing and Curative Effect Observation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Doxofylline in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察盐酸氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的用药护理和疗效。方法:选取2016年8月—2018年7月本院收治的48例支气管哮喘患者为观察对象,按照数字表法分为观察组和对照组各24例。两组患者治疗方案一致,观察组根据多索茶碱—抗炎—氨溴索标准逐一补液,对照组则随意更换补液顺序,两组均进行用药护理,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组患者用药30 min、12 h、24 h的总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。用药护理前,两组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);用药护理后,观察组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组肺部哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘,按照药物性质科学安排补液顺序,开展用药护理,可以缓解患者气道痉挛,缩短临床治疗时间,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the medication nursing and curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:48 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the observation objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table method,with 24 cases in each group.Two groups of patients with the same treatment plan,the observation group according to doxofylline-anti-inflammatory-ambroxol standard rehydration one by one,the control group is free to change the order of rehydration,two groups were given medication nursing,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:The total effective rates of 30 min,12 h and 24 h in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before medication nursing,there was no significant difference in FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05);after medication nursing,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lung wheezing and cough in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma,according to the nature of the drug,scientifically arrange the order of rehydration,carry out medication nursing,can alleviate the patients with airway spasm,shorten the clinical treatment time,improve the clinical curative effect.
