以某公司烟化炉灰为研究对象,综合回收有价金属的处理工艺。该工艺通过水洗除氟、氯-两次硫酸浸出-电积-铸锭工艺生产锌,同时产出少量硫酸锌,酸浸渣提铟,提铟后渣回收其它金属。此工艺实现了无废水外排,为企业增收。

Taking a company's fuming furnace ash as the research object,the process of comprehensive recovery of valuable metals was studied.In this process,a small amount of zinc sulfate was produced at the same time by water washing and defluorination,chlorine twice sulfuric acid leaching electrowinning ingot casting process.Indium was extracted from acid leaching residue,and other metals were recovered from the residue after indium extraction.This process will realize no waste water discharge and increase the enterprise's income.
