汉钢公司2号高炉(2280 m^3)于2月19日14:15发现炉顶上料罐内部一处横梁断裂,设备故障处理盲目轻判处理时间,导致亏料线至9.3 m,在恢复过程中,通过稳定气流,退负荷补足热量,严格合理控制各项操作参数,18 h后,主要经济技术指标已恢复正常冶炼水平。

At 14:15 on February 19,a beam fracture was found in the top charging tank of No.2 blast furnace(2280 m^3)of Han steel company.The processing time was blindly and lightly judged,resulting in the material loss line reaching 9.3 meters.During the recovery process,the main economic and technical indicators have returned to normal smelting level by stabilizing the air flow,reducing the load to supplement the heat,strictly and reasonably controlling the operation parameters.
