摘要 为降低生产成本,提高生产节奏,山西建龙在生产低碳铝镇静钢时,采用两炉对三机生产组织模式。在新的生产节奏下,热轧卷板夹杂缺陷比例显著升高,主要表现为保护渣卷渣和Al2O3夹杂缺陷。试验表明,转炉终点氧含量、软吹时间、拉速不稳造成液面波动是导致夹杂缺陷的主要原因。通过工艺改进,快节奏下的夹杂缺陷得到了有效控制,夹杂缺陷比例明显降低。 In order to reduce production costs and increase production rhythm,Shanxi Jianlong adopts a two-furnace-to-three-machine production organization model when producing low-carbon aluminum stabilized steel.Under the new production rhythm,the proportion of inclusion defects in hot-rolled coils has increased significantly,mainly manifested in the inclusion slag and Al 2O 3 inclusion defects.Tests have shown that the end-of-converter oxygen content,soft blowing time,and unstable drawing speed are the main causes of inclusion defects.Through the process improvement,the inclusion defects under the fast pace have been effectively controlled,and the proportion of inclusion defects has been significantly reduced.
