The Dynamic Evolution of Service Industry Cluster and New Urbanization:Effect and Mechanism

服务业集聚与新型城镇化在城市发展过程中存在明显的动态演变,并在市场一体化影响下作用明显。从劳动力和资本市场的双重市场一体化角度切入,综合考虑服务业集聚和新型城镇化之间动态作用关系,通过动态模型对服务业集聚与新型城镇化动态演变的效应和机制进行考察。基于2008—2018年间30个省份28个服务行业的服务业数据对各省份新型城镇化发展水平动态演变进行实证研究,实证研究结果显示:(1)服务业集聚在双重市场一体化条件下会推动新型城镇化进程;(2)全行业服务业集聚与新型城镇化动态演变在资本市场一体化作用下的正向中介效应大于劳动力一体化作用下的负向中介效应,故整体中介效应表现为正向效应;(3)服务业专业化程度因服务业种类特征不同而异,生产性服务业和生活性服务业中介效应量存在差异,生产性服务业和生活性服务业的中介效应均呈现正向效应,表明双重市场一体化在不同类型服务业集聚与新型城镇化动态演变过程中呈现显著的促进作用。

Service industry agglomeration and the new-type urbanization have obvious dynamic evolution in the process of urban development,and they play a significant role under the influence of market integration.From the perspective of dual market integration of labor and capital markets,we comprehensively consider the dynamic relationship between service industry agglomeration and new urbanization,and examines the effects and mechanisms of service industry agglomeration and new urbanization dynamic evolution through a dynamic model.Therefore,based on the service industry data from 28 service industries in 30 provinces from 2008 to 2018,this paper conducts an empirical study on the dynamic evolution of the development level of new urbanization in each province.The results of the empirical research show that:(1)The integration of service industries in dual markets will promote the process of new urbanization;(2)The positive intermediary effect of the industry-wide service industry agglomeration and the dynamic evolution of new urbanization under the action of capital market integration is greater than the negative intermediary effect under the action of labor integration,so the overall intermediary effect is positive;(3)Specifically,the degree of service industry specialization varies with different types of service industry characteristics,the amount of intermediary effect between the producer service industry and the life service industry is different,and the production service industry and the life service industry.The intermediary effects of industries all present a positive effect,indicating that dual market integration has played a significant role in promoting the agglomeration of different types of service industries and the dynamic evolution of new urbanization.
