乡村振兴背景下农村产业发展现状及对策研究——以保定市为例

A Case Study of Rural Industry Development in Baoding Against the Background of Rural Revitalization:Current Situation and Suggestions

采用熵权-综合指数的方法,对保定市农村产业发展水平进行了测度,结果显示2009—2017年保定农村产业发展综合指数呈上升趋势,各阶段增长速度出现差异化特征,同时对比各县农业产业指标,发现空间差异明显。经研究发现造成时空差异的原因主要有,经济基础、政策、资源禀赋、区位、交通、资源的开发和利用、产业结构等。针对保定市农村产业发展的具体情况,应积极发展多种产业模式,加大政府的引导作用,以市场为导向,利用好京津冀一体化协同发展契机。

Adopting the method of entropy weight and comprehensive index,this paper measures the development level of rural industry in Baoding City.The result shows that the comprehensive index of rural industry in Baoding shows an upward trend in the period of 2009 to 2017,and differentiated characteristics in each stage.Additionally,there is a significant spatial difference in comparison with each county's agricultural industry index.This paper analyzes the reasons for the spatial difference which mainly includes the following factors:economic foundation,policy,resource endowment,location,transportation,resource development and utilization,industrial structure,etc.According to the specific situation of rural industrial development in Baoding,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.For example,we should actively develop a variety of industrial models,increase the government's leading role,be market-oriented,and make full use of the opportunity for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.
