新工科背景下校企协同育人关键问题分析及机制探索 被引量:3

摘要 为了探索新工科背景下可持续新型校企协同育人机制,解决校企协同育人中存在的关键问题,在全面分析高校与企业协同育人目的与目标的基础上,提出了在保障校企双方利益的前提下,推进“三教”改革,探索共建共享的校企宏观合作模式,进行校企协同课程建设。分析结果表明:改革、共建、共享及校企协同课程建设可以结合各种具体的培养模式,有效保证协同育人的质量,具有可行性。解决校企协同育人的有效方案是以校企协同课程建设为引领,保障基础本科教育与工程教育的有机合理融合。 In order to explore the sustainable new cooperative education mechanism between universities and enterprises under the background of new engineering disciplines and solve the key problems in university-enterprise cooperative education,based on the overall analysis of the purpose and objective of university-enterprise cooperative education,this paper proposes a macro university-enterprise cooperation mode,in which,on the basis of ensuring the mutual benefits of universities and enterprises,the“three teaching”reform is boosted,co-construction and co-sharing is explored and university-enterprise collaborative course construction is conducted.The analysis results show that reform,co-construction,co-sharing and university-enterprise collaborative course construction can be combined with various specific training modes so as to effectively guarantee the quality of cooperative education,which is quite practicable.The workable program for university-enterprise cooperative education is to give full play to university-enterprise collaborative course construction and ensure the organic integration of undergraduate education and engineering education.
