能谱CT在冠状动脉成像中减低辐射剂量的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 冠状动脉CT血管成像(coronary CT angiography,CCTA)是一种无创性检查方法,因其便捷、无创、准确而得到广泛应用及认可,但患者及家属也关注其辐射剂量问题[1,2],如何减少辐射剂量也日益受到患者及医生地关注,并成为当今研究的一大热点[3,4]。心电门控技术的发展,极大地推动了无创冠状动脉成像技术的应用范围。综合各种CT检查设备,降低辐射剂量的技术主要有管电压的降低、计算机自动给出合适管电流、宽体探测器一次成像等,这些手段都可减低辐射剂量[5-8]。本研究探讨snapshot assist(SSA)技术,在回顾性冠状动脉成像中减低辐射剂量的临床价值。
