乙烯酯涂料的反应热分析及其性能研究

摘要 采用乙烯基树脂、耐高热填料、助剂及颜料等制备了耐高温腐蚀的乙烯酯玻璃鳞片涂料A组分,B组分采用异丙苯基过氧化物作为引发剂。通过对乙烯酯玻璃鳞片涂料的差式扫描量热分析(DSC),结果表明异辛酸钴适用量为乙烯基树脂的0.2%,异丙苯基过氧化物适用量为乙烯基树脂的1.5%,可实现涂料的最优设计。最终制备出高固含,固化速度快,防腐性能优异,机械性能佳的乙烯酯玻璃鳞片涂料,满足脱硫塔,耐高温酸储罐的技术要求。 Component A of High temperature corrosion resistance vinyl ester coatings was prepared by vinyl resin,high heat resistant filler,additives and pigments.Component B used cumene peroxide as initiator.By studing the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)of vinyl ester glass flake coatings,the data showed that the applicable amount of cobalt dry agent was 0.2%of vinyl resin,and the applicable amount of cumyl peroxide was 1.5%of vinyl resin.It achieved the optimal design of paints.Finally,the vinyl ester glass flake coatings with high solid content,fast curing speed,excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties was prepared,and it could meet the technical requirements of desulfurization tower and high temperature acid storage tank.
