海上风力发电机所处的环境腐蚀性较强,一般要求对风力发电机的塔筒外表面采用喷锌(或锌铝合金)加涂料的防腐体系,采用塔筒自动喷涂装置相对于人工喷涂不仅保证了喷涂质量,还提高了生产效率,节省大量人工,降低了丝材消耗。取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

Offshore wind turbines operate in a highly corrosive environment.It is generally required to spray zinc(or zinc aluminum alloy)and paint on the outer surface of the tower tube of wind turbine.Compared with the manual spraying,the tower cylinder automatic spraying device not only guarantees the spraying quality,but also improves the production efficiency,saves a lot of manpower and reduces the consumption of metal wire.Good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
