国内外科技城发展建设经验对南繁科技城的启示

Experience of Development and Construction of Science and Technology Towns at Home and Abroad:An Enlightenment to Nanfan Science and Technology Town

从南繁科技城战略定位出发,通过梳理国内外典型科技城发展经验,总结了科技城建设所需条件,并结合南繁科技城建设实际,提出了坚持政府主导、完善管理制度、强化科研支撑和突出南繁特色等政策建议,以便更好地发挥南繁科技城在种业发展中的支撑引领作用。

Based on the strategic positioning of a Nanfan(propagation and breeding activities in the tropical south of Hainan,China)science and technology town,the development experiences of typical science and technology towns at home and abroad were analyzed,and the necessary conditions for the construction of a science and technology town were summarized.Some policies and suggestions were put forward in the light of the construction of the Nanfan science and technology town,such as adhering to the government's leadership,improving the management system,strengthening scientific research support and highlighting the characteristics of Nanfan,so as to better play the supporting role of the Nanfan science and technology town in the development of seed industry.
