南繁种业实验室建设模式研究

Construction Mode of Seed Industry Laboratory in the Nanfan Areas of Hainan

南繁种业实验室是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分。笔者从“南繁种业实验室”的立项背景出发,为建成南繁种业实验室,高目标将其打造为国家重点实验室,初步构建了其建设模式。介绍了国内外国家重点实验室的概况、现状;归纳了国家重点实验室建设的先进经验;提出了实验室管理体制、模式建设、人才配套、法制建设等方面的具体建议,旨在探索一个南繁种业实验室的发展新模式。

The seed industry laboratory in the Nanfan(propagation and breeding activities in the tropical south of Hainan)areas of Hainan is an important part of the national science and technology innovation system.Based on the project initiation of a seed industry laboratory in the Nanfan areas,the laboratory was established as a national one,and was preliminarily structured.The general and current situations of the state key laboratory at home and abroad were described,and the advanced experiences in the construction of national key laboratories were summarized,based on which were put forward some specific suggestions from the perspectives of management system,mode construction,personnel support and legal system construction in order to explore a new development mode of seed industry laboratory in the Nanfan areas of Hainan,China.
