隆化县"霸王鞭"是一种融音乐、舞蹈、体育为一体的民俗文化艺术。"霸王鞭"舞蹈不单纯是舞蹈动作的呈现,更多折射出了民间文化、民俗风情、精神风貌、历史内涵。"霸王鞭"舞蹈应通过政策保障、借助媒体、依托地方学校、开设培训班、应用数字化技术和加大非遗研究经费投入进行传承。

Longhua County’s Overlord Whip Dance is a kind of folk culture and art integrating music, dance and sports.
