摘要
介绍了铜陵有色金属集团铜冠冶化分公司硫铁矿制酸装置近10年的节能环保相关技术改造,重点介绍了沸腾炉升温技术改进、转化工序改进、尾气脱硫超低排放改进等。改造后,硫酸装置降低了生产能耗,提高了二氧化硫转化率,尾气实现超低排放,提高了企业的经济效益和环保效益。
The energy-saving and environmental protection related technical transformation of pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant in Tongguan Metallurgy-chemistry Branch,Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd.in recent 10 years are introduced,focusing on the improvement of fluidized bed furnace heating technology,transformation process improvement,and ultra-low emission of tail gas desulfurization.After revamping,the production energy consumption of the sulphur acid plant is reduced,the sulfur dioxide conversion rate is improved,ultra-low emission of tail gas is realized,and the economic and environmental benefits of the enterprise are improved.
